Is Shipping Safe?
Yes, Our pet carriers are well designed to ensure our bird(s) enjoy their flight to their destination. We provide food, water, and soft bedding inside the shipping carriers to make sure the baby is comfortable while traveling. In addition, we train our birds(s) to be in a pet carrier daily for a few mins to ensure they don’t get stressed while traveling during their flight.
How do you ship?
We take care of the flight/shipping arrangements for all our customers. All a customer has to do is to pick up their baby at their nearest airport with a Valid I.D. Simple and Safe! We’ll coordinate flight times with our customer a few days in advance before the bird is shipped (weather permitting). We’ll drop off the parrot at our airport and the customer will pick up the parrot at their nearest major airport. Customers are supplied with the airline, flight number(s), air waybill number, and flight arrival time before departure. A direct flight will arrive within 3-6 hours depending on your state
Do you provide any health guarantees?
Yes, all birds come with a full health guarantee. We provide our customers with 14 days health guarantee to take the bird(s) to an avian veterinarian. Read more on our Health Guarantee page
Which bird should I buy?
The best pet bird for you may vary depending on your daily activities and personality. Macaws, Conures, Cockatoos, and Pionus parrots are some of the best parrots for novice pet parents. You should contact us if you are undecided about the type of bird to buy.
Reservation
You can reserve a bird with us to be shipped at a later date. For every extra day that passes, $9.99 is added to the total cost of the bird. Contact us to discuss the reservation process
